Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a full stack software developer in OOP.
• Proficiency in React.js is required; Ruby or Elixir proficiency is a plus.
• At least 2+ years of mentorship experience in a Team Lead/Technical Lead role.
• Experience working closely with Product teams and driving product requirements independently is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and obsession with doing what is right for customers.
• Proficient oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic environment.
• Effective collaboration with a diverse, talented team.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum enterprise-scale software development.
• Experience building and operating scalable software.
• Ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using AWS.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working closely with Marketing teams and enhancing marketing technology, CMS, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing software engineering team.
• Collaborate with product management, design, growth marketing, and business partners to set and accomplish strategic goals.
• Drive the technical and business outcomes of the team's work.
• Develop documentation, design specifications, and architecture diagrams for applications.
• Break up work to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
• Perform code reviews and mentor team members to improve code quality.
• Develop proficiency in technology to enable coding of complex features.
