As a Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow, you would be responsible for leading the design, development, and evolution of enterprise‑grade ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Enterprise Service Workflows—specifically Finance Workflows. This role requires a hands‑on architect who combines deep platform expertise, modern UX development, AI‑driven automation, and integration architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and business‑aligned ServiceNow solutions.
