About The Position
As a server lead on the Overwatch team, you will be part of a hardworking and passionate team developing world class server technology, unlocking the potential of our engineers, designers and artists to create compelling and exciting features and keep players engaged for years to come. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges involved with authoring game server infrastructure, features and systems, comfortable leading a team of engineers and collaborate closely with other internal teams. This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.
