About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: Join an innovative Agile technology team within a global organization, consisting of Development, Quality Assurance, and Product Ownership teams. As a senior developer and technical lead, you will enhance the platform's framework and uphold code quality standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine user stories and integrate with other internal systems. The team primarily focuses on building and maintaining REST APIs on cloud platforms, alongside full stack development for a sophisticated user interface application. Responsibilities and Impact: Engage in hands-on coding, documentation, testing, debugging, support, and team mentoring. Design and develop applications using Python backends, databases, cloud services, and Java services. Take ownership of code modules and lead code review processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to formalize and document requirements for existing applications and new initiatives. Work with other teams to integrate data and services across the enterprise. Break down business objectives into technical requirements, delegate tasks, and conduct code reviews and pull requests.
