Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of professional software experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products at scale.
  • Hands-on knowledge of modern data platform tools such as Apache Airflow and AWS services.
  • Strong background in data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Typescript.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Langchain and Open AI Agents.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable data platforms for enterprise customers.
  • Lead complex projects across multiple domains ensuring integration with core data services.
  • Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions and code reviews.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Generative AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Design to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and grow a distributed team of engineers, promoting a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee production health including incident response and post-incident reviews.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence and system resiliency.
