Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for our Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering team. The Lead engineer will lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of IAM software solution (e.g. IBM Security Verify Governance, Oracle Identity Management, Sailpoint) in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Agile environment. Lead engagements with key stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME), and engineers to drive design and development of IAM solutions. In addition, the lead engineer will mentor others on the project team. This team focuses on optimization of capabilities to implement the IAM domain strategic goals and objectives. Additionally, the team is responsible for production deployment oversight and coordination for the IAM toolset, sponsorship of the access control design, and development.
