About The Position

The Lead Software Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and technical architects to ensure that solutions are accurate and reliable. Responsibilities include communicating technical designs, contributing to design and development activities in a microservice environment, building cloud environments for microservices deployments, and designing integration architecture. The role also involves setting up CI/CD pipelines, conducting performance engineering, troubleshooting critical problems, and working on data solutions to meet business requirements while collaborating with geographically distributed Agile teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
• 5 years of experience in billing and payment domain knowledge in healthcare insurance space.
• Experience with Java related frameworks including Spring Boot Micro Services and Python with AI/ML.
• Experience in modern cloud platforms implementation in Azure Cloud technology stacks and Kubernetes.
• Experience with RESTful web services and Cloud Technologies.
• Expertise in complex systems integration and infrastructure with cloud platforms and healthcare applications.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with ORMB for healthcare domain.
• Experience with Oracle Database and NoSQL.
• Experience with UI based technologies, including Angular.
• Familiarity with Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business, partner solution architects, and technical architects.
• Communicate with business partners on technical design and negotiate project priorities and deadlines.
• Contribute to Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing, and Test Automation activities in a microservice environment.
• Build cloud environments for microservices deployments.
• Design and build integration architecture for upstream and downstream integrations.
• Design and build CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and build event-based architecture.
• Setup monitoring/dashboards for microservices.
• Conduct performance engineering activities to identify and fix performance issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems in a cloud platform.
• Work on data solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed Agile teams.
