About The Position
Design Technology is responsible for making the tools Design Engineers use to design, e.g., batteries, Optimus, Robotaxi, and all new factories, every bit as intelligent and dynamic as the products themselves. As a Technical Lead Software Engineer, you will lead the research, development, delivery, and site reliability of products that touch virtually every part of our design process. Joining our team means directly impacting Tesla's ability to ship millions of products a year from factories around the world. Without design technology, the company, the vehicles, the robots, and the AI come to a halt.
