The CoCounsel AI Assistant team is both a platform and a product team. The Lead Full Stack Software engineer will: Build user-facing features which drive the CoCounsel chat application, and platform capabilities to enable partners from around the company to reach our customers. Develop delightful application code, easy-to-use framework and component libraries, and push our team to be efficient, productive, and nimble in a fast-moving field. Bring deep expertise in frontend engineering while thoughtfully considering backend and platform implications--especially as evolving LLM capabilities (e.g., real-time streaming) require coordinated changes across the stack, from efficient server-side delivery to responsive client rendering. This is an IC leadership role. We expect technical expertise, but also excellent interpersonal and communication skills, whether among peer engineers on the team, or stakeholders and other leaders around the company. Work collaboratively with colleagues up and down the technical stack.
