Blizzard is looking for a talented and motivated Lead Client Engineer to guide our growing client foundations team as we craft a new, unannounced game. This team is critical in architecting and building systems that will help scale our game’s client to reach the largest player base with a client that is both performant and responsive. We are looking for a candidate with deep technical expertise with Unity, C#, and .NET. The ideal candidate will also have a proven record of leading engineers through work deep within the game client code, including optimizing for multiplatform development, working with technical artists to build systems that scale and provide delightful player experiences. We value diverse voices and varied backgrounds, and we're looking for individuals to help us build fun, compelling, and inclusive gameplay and experiences with us. This role is a full-time, hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.
