Our Enterprise Technology Department is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (AWS/Java/React) to work in our Property & Casualty-Auto/Fire (PCAF) area. This is an Awesome Opportunity to lead critical web development work on the Lender Relations Team to modernize our applications and improve the end user experience.

Responsibilities

Improve data quality, reduce manual processes, and enhance search capabilities for our end users.
Modernize four of our applications from the Tiles Core to React framework to simplify our application support processes and create a better experience for our end users.
Modernize our lender bill pay and notification processes by providing alternative electronic methods.
Create new product capabilities to increase efficient self-service options for our end users.
Collaborate and partner in a team environment and lead and mentor junior Software Engineers.

Potential starting salary range: $107,000 - $155,000
Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
