About The Position

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead the evolution of Coupa's Core Orchestration Platform, delivering AI-driven autonomous processes like Approvals and Process Automation. You'll manage and mentor an agile team of engineers, driving innovation by hiring and retaining top talent. Working closely with Product Managers and peers, you'll define the technical roadmap, oversee release planning, and shape key architecture decisions. Your leadership will enable impactful enterprise SaaS solutions while fostering team growth and improving business processes. A strong background in enterprise software, agile management, and framework customization is essential.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of agile team management experience as an engineering manager
• Enterprise software development experience in both leadership and contributor roles
• Expertise in framework development, application configuration, and customization
• Collaborates with PMs to co-innovate on impactful capabilities and functionalities for customers
• Strong ability to support and mentor individuals and teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with good understanding of enterprise SaaS products
