About The Position
We’re hiring a Lead Software Architect to drive a full-scale modernization of our platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role (40% coding, 60% architecture/mentorship) focused on evolving a real-time, distributed SaaS platform built for scale. You'll lead US-based innovation efforts, help define product architecture, and collaborate with near/offshore teams to execute clean, scalable solutions. You’ll reimagine the architecture of a high-volume SaaS platform while introducing new technologies like AI, optimizing performance, and reducing technical debt.
