About The Position

The Lead LCSW provides leadership within the assigned department. Ensures that clinical standards and regulatory requirements are met, promotes service excellence and effective and efficient use of personnel and material resources, and positively represents the service internally within the organization and externally in the community. Ensures that services are maintained in accordance with the mission, goals and objectives, policies and procedures of the Providence health system and the department. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work; from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work.
• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License.
• Social Worker License in state of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
• 5 years Relevant Social Work experience. May include post MSW CSWA experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Lead or in a supervisory role.
• 2 years Hospice Departments: Clinical work experience in Hospice or Palliative Care.
• Working independently with vulnerable populations in a field environment.
