About The Position
Lead, Social Worker II Provides clinical oversight to members of the social work team including individual and peer case consultation and feedback, and in-service training, as needed. Provides direct service provision for children and families; assists in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers (i.e. hospital and community partners).
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- 3 Years of Experience
- State of California license LCSW; or LMFT
- Computer skills sufficient to train and oversee quality of data entry and electronic charting, utilize program compliance reports, and produce program forms, educational materials, and visual presentations.
- Prior experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, lead others and train team members.
- Experience in assessment and treatment of children and adolescents
- CA Driver's License and Auto Insurance: Kids and Teens in Court (KTIC)-Chadwick
Nice To Haves
- 4 Years of Experience
- Experience working in mental or behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions
- One year experience in a leadership role
