About The Position
The Lead Slot Attendant at Yaamava' Resort & Casino is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the gaming area. This role involves monitoring the slot floor, assisting with cash transactions, resolving minor disputes, and ensuring the gaming area is clean and organized. The Lead Slot Attendant also verifies jackpots, expedites paperwork, and addresses service-related needs while supporting and mentoring other attendants.
