Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Simulation Therapist to oversee and coordinate radiation therapy simulation services. This role serves as a clinical leader within the radiation oncology team, ensuring high-quality simulation procedures, accurate treatment planning preparation, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. The Lead Simulation Therapist works closely with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and radiation therapists to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.   • Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program
  • A current ARRT certification, or registry eligible, is required
  • CPR certification required
  • A minimum of one to two years’ experience working in radiation therapy is preferred
  • Great interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are a priority
  • Professionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility a must
