For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM's Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking an experienced Event Producer, to support our signature events. This role is responsible for the planning production and execution of high-impact donor events and other key gatherings that engage stakeholders, inspire action, and enhance IJM's mission. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the Event Producer will ensure seamless event execution that meets IJM's organizational goals. This position requires a detail oriented and adaptable demeanor, with the confidence to lead teams both internal and external and work collaboratively across departments to deliver excellence. This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area. It reports to the Director, Signature Events, North America and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
