About The Position

As a Sign Production and Installation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to the sign-making process. Your key responsibilities will include: Enjoying what you do and fostering a fun working environment. Supervising, instructing, and actively participating in the sign-making process. Leading and assisting in installation projects. Handling phone inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Managing customer and internal documents, artwork, and files. Maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing/production area. Monitoring and managing the inventory of substrates, materials, hardware, and supplies. Assisting in the maintenance of company signage equipment. Accurately tracking electronic and paper records related to jobs. Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies, skills, and techniques to enhance your expertise as a sign-making professional. Collaborating with the team to develop, maintain, and improve internal systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience specific to large format digital printing, vinyl creation and installation.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Enroute, Onyx Rip
  • Knowledgeable in color management
  • Strong operational knowledge of Latex (or similar) roll-to-roll printers, plotters, and CNC routers
  • A strong eye for detail and consistent quality control
  • proficient with hand and power tools

Nice To Haves

  • Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.)
