Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Lead Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support the Materials Management & Transportation team based out of Coppell, TX. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with SAP

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in warehouse and/or logistics operations
• Experience working with a computer based inventory management system or warehouse management system
• Experience working with warehouse equipment (including educational and operational training)

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies.
• Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders.
• Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers.
• Serves as point of contact for priority incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Monitors shipping/receiving discrepancies.
• Develops solutions to mitigate errors.
