About The Position

Generator Supercenter is looking for results-driven Lead Setters to actively seek out and engage with Costco and Lowe’s customers inside our retail stores. We are the Largest Residential Generator Installer in the state and rapidly expanding across the US. Come be a part of our team!

Responsibilities

• Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company.
• Research potential clients and generate leads.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs.
• Providing accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients.
• Must be able to travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas.
• Basic customer service skills. Being cordial is important.
• Must be tech savvy & familiar with using an iPad (Apple product).
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
• Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
