Requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Schedule consultations or appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Accurately input and update all lead information in Salesforce to maintain a clean and organized database.
• Engage potential customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our products and services.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely responses and foster strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and ensure smooth handoffs to sales representatives.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends to improve outreach efforts.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, appointment schedules, and follow-up outcomes.
• Utilize Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
