About The Position

Responsible for end-to-end order, transaction, and fulfillment execution for Module Solutions (MOD X and Field Rotables), ensuring on-time delivery of replacement/repair modules and equipment. Owns order intake/entry and tracks orders from inquiry/quote through scheduling, billing, shipment, and delivery—coordinating with shop, site, material management, and logistics teams to communicate accurate status and customer commitments. Applies strong Aero Shop/AM operations and module configuration knowledge to meet or exceed frozen schedule targets through proactive coordination, solutioning, and creative problem-solving. Serves as the primary customer contact for inquiries and issue resolution across performance, availability, cost, and delivery. Supports cost and quality performance by monitoring cost trends/variances, driving lowest-cost compliant module builds, and supporting quality escape and RCA investigations to prevent recurrence. Partners with Proposals (MOD X) and Channel representatives to define configuration, Service Bulletin incorporation, availability/pedigree, and to forecast output, assign hardware, and align supply to commitments—operating with some autonomy within established policies and serving as a resource for less-experienced colleagues.
