The Lead Service Validation Analyst at Lumen is responsible for ensuring that solutions are validated according to defined scopes and success criteria. This role collaborates with the Service Design Lead and other teams to ensure that the solutions meet customer expectations in functionality, delivery, quality, and value. The analyst coordinates all parties involved, managing action items, risks, and issues throughout the service validation phase.

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience by managing the service validation phase and providing project governance.
  • Develop reusable processes and methods to achieve measurable objectives according to service validation criteria.
  • Gather requirements and align objectives with all stakeholders to finalize the scope and key assumptions.
  • Establish timelines and ensure adherence while mapping roles and responsibilities for resource allocation.
  • Consult with subject matter experts and technical resources to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Excellent program and project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in managed services, operations, networking, communications, or project management.
  • Moderate technical knowledge of global network infrastructure and related services.
  • Ability to navigate business and technical challenges and demonstrate operational benefits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience in a matrixed operating structure.
