The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and commercial refrigeration, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, and freezers. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, communicating status updates to branch support and customers, and ensuring timely completion of service calls. The technician is also responsible for auditing truck stock and maintaining the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms according to company safety standards.
