The Lead Service Technician will be the primary Technician responsible for diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance of residential and light commercial systems. The Lead Tech will coordinate with other Service Technicians as needed and collaborate with the new construction department when necessary. This role is ideal for someone with several years of HVAC service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to clear, honest customer communication. The ability to work independently on service calls and as part of a team when working with new construction crews is essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing service calls, diagnosing system issues, making accurate repairs, documenting work in HouseCall Pro, and helping clients understand their options.
