Our Lead Service Porter is a crucial leadership position responsible for supervising the department's efficient and organized operation. In addition to overseeing a team of service porters, this individual performs lot audits on customer units and administers the porters' schedules.

Requirements

• Prior Hi/Lo experience is required.
• Experience moving trailers and heavy loads in a fast paced environment is desired.
• Ability complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic .
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the sales lot in all aspects to be ready for viewing public
• Responsible for prepping sales units for potential customers.
• Oversee team of Hi-Low drivers and ensure productivity
• Spotting other Hilo drivers to help them navigate safely.
• Communicate with service department on repairs needed.
• Other duties assigned by management.
