LOGE Camps is inspired by the outdoor travel culture of the 70's, creating destinations that have the relaxed energy of a road trip with friends. We believe community plays a huge role in people's lives and their adventures, and we created LOGE Camps to be much more than just a place to stay the night. Since our beginning in 2016, LOGE has grown to nine open Camps and more than a dozen in development -- all near our favorite towns and trails. With a range of ways to stay -- rooms, van hookups, tent spots, as well as group meeting spaces - LOGE inspires the best of the outdoors and community. LOGE is seeking a POSITION for our LOGE Camps site in city, state.

  • Greet guests in the dining room and take all food orders in an efficient manner, following the established steps of service.
  • Maintain an understanding of all menu items and ingredients and assist guests with any dietary or preparation questions and suggestions.
  • Communicate directly with the back of the house crew to ensure that orders are delivered correctly, and all special requests are addressed and accommodated.
  • Deliver food promptly, professionally, and within LOCATION established service expectations, including maintaining safe food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
  • Promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. Relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor.
  • Understand LOCATION POS and F&B ticketing system software and correctly enter each order. Collect tickets, follow proper cash handling, and tip pool procedures.
  • Ensure that the dining room/area is properly set up prior to and after service period. Keep clean and neat while meeting all established sanitation standards.
  • May be asked to operate equipment, including iced tea/soda machine, soup well, coffee machine, fire extinguisher, etc.
  • Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards and assist with bussing tables during down periods.
  • Take care of our guests and help answer their questions. Be familiar with property amenities, local recommendations, and fun things to do in the area.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
  • 1+ years previous experience in a food and beverage setting preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain state food-handlers certification.
  • Must be able to obtain state alcohol-servers certification.
  • Serving is an active role, involving frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting.
  • Lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
  • Pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
  • Remaining on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Remaining stationary for one (1) hour, move about/traverse property spaces, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for up to eight (8) hours per day
  • Noise levels in the work environment can be moderate and occasionally loud (typical of a restaurant setting).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand written and verbal instructions in English
  • Great customer service skills and a professional, friendly, low-drama attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and to keep on track, even when things get busy.
