Join our Maplewood Estates Campus as a Full-Time Lead Server, where you’ll play a key role in overseeing our front-of-house dining team and ensuring every meal is served with care and excellence. Requirements
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in dining, hospitality, or senior living (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for service and supporting others
- Reliability and a proactive, hands-on approach
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the daily operations of the front-of-house dining team
- Train, mentor, and schedule servers to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident satisfaction
- Assist in meal service, setup, and cleanup as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure all dining areas reflect the warmth and hospitality that define Peter Becker Community
