Requirements

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train new servers on service standards and expectations.
  • Supervise servers, manage schedules, and support employee development.
  • Greet residents and guests warmly, take meal orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle resident questions or concerns professionally and with care.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, oversee daily front-of-house operations, and ensure all team members complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Bridge communication between servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support community events and special dining experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
