About The Position

We’re looking for a full-time Lead Server who can run a section and run the floor at the same time. This is a working leadership position. You will carry your own tables while setting the tone, pace, and standards for the entire shift. This role is for someone who naturally moves with urgency, holds others accountable, and takes ownership without being asked. • Natural sense of urgency
• Comfortable giving direction to peers
• Thick skin and steady presence
• Organized and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Run pre-shift meetings
• Control table rotation and pacing during service
• Call for hands and keep service moving
• Step in immediately when service slows or standards drop
• Ensure side work is completed correctly and on time
• Check out each server before they leave
• Verify sections are clean, stocked, and reset properly
• Address performance issues in the moment, professionally
• Assist with scheduling as role develops
• Help train new servers
• Communicate inventory or service issues before they become problems
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Handle guest concerns confidently and calmly
• Maintain high service standards across the floor
• Lead by example at all times
