The Lead Server is a key hourly leader responsible for supporting store-level operations, ensuring a 5-Star Guest experience, and assisting the Store Manager in leading shifts. This role not only serves guests but also guides the team, oversees operational flow, and ensures brand standards are maintained. The Lead Server helps onboard and develop newer Squad Members, supports training and coaching, and ensures smooth, efficient operations during assigned shifts. As a part-time, non-exempt role, the Lead Server provides frontline leadership, serves as a role model for service and operational standards, and supports a safe, clean, and positive work environment.
