About The Position
The position involves providing exceptional guest service in a dining environment, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The role requires handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and prompt manner. Additionally, the position includes leading and mentoring a team of servers, conducting pre-shift meetings, and managing the flow of the dining room to ensure efficient service. Operational support is also a key aspect, which involves collaborating with kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and having knowledge of food and beverage pairings. Training and development of new servers is essential, as well as participating in administrative duties such as team meetings to discuss service improvements.
