Intelligent Waves is seeking a Lead Server Support Center Technician to support warfighter mission assurance by overseeing daily Server Support Center (SSC) operations and ensuring the reliability of approximately 26 mission-critical servers across unclassified through Top Secret environments. This role provides technical leadership in VMware virtualization and enterprise server administration, managing installations, configurations, maintenance, and rapid response to outages. The Lead SSC Technician conducts routine audits and compliance reporting in accordance with DoD cybersecurity directives, mentors junior staff, and drives process improvements to enhance service delivery and mission readiness.
