About The Position

The position supervises the food and beverage team in the member clubhouse, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of service. The role involves training staff, maintaining compliance with operational standards, and ensuring member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • One to two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to read and comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations, promotional materials, event orders and similar written materials.
  • Ability to communicate orally and verbally in English with staff and outside entities.
  • Ability to effectively deal with guest complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Director of Operations and Clubhouse Manager to ensure seamless operation of member clubhouse dining room.
  • Train and evaluate member clubhouse staff.
  • Conduct walkthroughs of facilities to ensure that all support areas of member clubhouse are neat, organized and in compliance with all established and approved set ups.
  • Ensure supplies for area are maintained to established par levels and within the specified budgets for respective line items.
  • Ensure all member clubhouse staff is in compliance with all standards of operation and member interactions.
  • Maintain sections in the dining room to be sure all tables are being serviced according to our standards.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team to achieve stated revenue and member satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in monthly departmental meetings providing feedback on accomplishments and opportunities.
  • Ensure members are following protocol i.e. hat and cellphone policy, monitoring member behavior and following TIPS training processes and procedures.
  • Conducting smooth and efficient last call.
  • Monitoring the daily checklist to be sure all side jobs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Keep management informed of any challenges.
