About The Position
Located in Bentonville, AR, the Lead Server will operate as Hospitality Lead within FLYOZ, the members club at Thaden Field. This person will play an integral role in creating strong rapport and developing memorable experiences for aviation club members at Thaden Field. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to include placing and serving food orders and keeping the club area clean and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the energy and integrity to manage multiple tasks independently.
