Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience (commercial environment preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to use basic technology, including smartphones and computers.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobbies, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
• Respond promptly to property manager and tenant requests using our work order system.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed.
• Empty and replace trash and recycling in interior and exterior areas.
• Clean glass, windows, and mirrors for a spotless finish.
• Perform regular walk-throughs to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Replenish restroom and common area supplies.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, etc.).
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and power washers safely and efficiently.
