About The Position

As a Lead or Senior HR Business Partner at Capital Group, you will play a crucial role within the North America Client Group (NACG) HR team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive HR solutions that encompass a wide range of topics, including organizational design, change management, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. You will provide thought leadership and equip our leaders and associates with the necessary tools to foster agility and innovation within the organization. Your contributions will be both strategic and hands-on, directly impacting our long-term people strategy by collaborating with the HR team and NACG business leaders to enhance the associate experience, develop future talent, and strengthen organizational excellence. In this role, you will manage large-scale rollouts and projects that significantly influence the people component of our business strategy. To excel, you should have substantial experience working on strategic projects and collaborating closely with business leaders in large organizations. Your ability to work within high-performing teams and drive outcomes through a consultative approach, often referred to as "influence without authority," will be essential. Our team values your capacity to challenge the status quo by improving existing processes and employing innovative approaches to align HR priorities with business outcomes. You will be expected to leverage your expertise to provide thought leadership, education, and tools to senior managers and associates, effectively managing organizational change and transitions. Your passion for coaching, supporting, and developing talent will be critical as you partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, create talent pipelines, and drive associate engagement. You will also be responsible for conducting HR trend analysis using large data sets to identify opportunities and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Your ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations will be vital in advancing organizational goals, and you will need to quickly learn business objectives to influence talent and organizational decisions that impact business outcomes. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will engage in proactive teamwork with colleagues globally, utilizing your strong communication skills to foster authentic, respectful, and engaging interactions. Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with high accuracy will be essential in your role. You will take a collaborative and thoughtful approach to strategic HR projects, always remembering that behind every program are individuals who are passionate about their work.
