Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field required.
5+ years of industry experience focused on agronomy and seed products.
Experience in coaching and training on technical agronomy.
Strong understanding of seed crop growth and regional agricultural factors.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main resource for sales staff regarding technical seed portfolio strategy.
Plan and lead local training experiences and conferences to enhance seed positioning.
