About The Position
We're looking for a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to maintain the safety and security of the Mountain View Public Library and premises for Library customers and employees as LEAD SECURITY SERVICES GUARD. You will join a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, actively monitoring the library building and grounds to ensure a welcoming and respectful environment, and compliance with the Library's Behavior Policy. This position receives direction from the senior management and in-charge staff and will coordinate the training and scheduling of contractors and hourly staff. This is a non-sworn position, does not carry weapons and performs support functions. Schedule is from Tuesday through Saturday. Shifts from Tuesday through Thursday are from 12:10 to 9:10 pm and 9:10 am to 6:10 pm for Friday and Saturday.
