Extraordinary Projects Need Exceptional Talent Description: The project scheduler is ultimately responsible for: Driving and implementing internal scheduling tools Performing reviews and comparisons of GC issued contract monthly schedules and 3 or 6 week look-ahead schedules. Updating / reporting to project team and office on project health and address any areas of concern monthly or as needed/required. Working with the project team to develop appropriate scheduling requirements utilizing the contract as baseline guidance, then adding other tasks according to the risk level for project. Help ing develop QA/QC and Commissioning scheduling , utilizing the contract schedule as baseline. Incorporating change orders into baseline schedule and perform time impact analysis reporting and backup as needed. Identifying risk in weekly schedule comparison utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), along with both Primavera and Microsoft Project software. Interfacing with owners and contractors on project progress versus milestones. Compiling schedule and progress reports (Actual vs. Plan) Working with the project team to develop appropriate requirements. Defining primary, secondary, and tertiary critical path. Defining key milestone finish variance against the baseline schedule. 25-50% travel locally between Office/Jobsite locations
