About The Position

Infosys is seeking Lead SAP SOM Consultant This position will be a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology. This position may require travel and/or relocation to client location - Charlotte, NC. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects, with a strong focus on SAP BRIM SOM.
  • Extensive expertise in SAP BRIM and Subscription Order Management within large-scale, customized landscapes.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Subscription Management, Order Management, Product Pricing, Contract Change Processes, and related components.
  • Strong proficiency in integrating SOM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Ability to extend and tailor SOM functionalities using SAP AET or similar tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP BRIM certification.
  • Experience in telecom, utilities, or media industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex client requirements and design scalable solutions within a highly customized SAP BRIM SOM landscape.
  • Configure and optimize key SOM components, including Subscription Management, Order Management, and Pricing, to support intricate business processes.
  • Develop and implement custom enhancements to SOM functionalities, ensuring alignment with specific business needs.
  • Integrate SOM seamlessly with other SAP modules (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FICA, Convergent Mediation) and third-party systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, functional issues, and integration challenges in a high-transaction-volume environment.
  • Continuously monitor and stay updated with SAP BRIM SOM releases, patches, and upgrades, implementing necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
