  • Leading an onshore Salesforce Development team
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Lightning, and Aura.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the full application lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • 2+ years of experience as Lead Salesforce Developer leading an onshore and/or offshore Salesforce development team.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning, and Aura.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
  • Experience in designing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Expertise in Apex development.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
