About The Position

14275 - Lead Salesforce Developer (onsite) – Plantation, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Plantation, FL (required); Experience with Salesforce development and integration (5+ years); Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise case management solutions (2+ years); Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs; Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools Experience with Agile development methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred: Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito), and authentication solutions; Experience with compliance, security standards, and PII data protection in enterprise environments; Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant Certifications Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWCs, Flows, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; Architect and implement Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise case management, Web-to-Case intake, Knowledge Management, and employee/self-service portal experiences; Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including MuleSoft, Boomi, AWS services, SAP, and internal authentication platforms using Salesforce APIs and REST/SOAP; Implement, monitor, and enforce Salesforce security models, access controls, PII protection, and compliance requirements; Establish and maintain development standards, code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and Git; Translate functional and service delivery requirements into technical designs, configurations, and custom development; Support and resolve Salesforce deployment, integration, and automation issues across enterprise environments. Requirements

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Plantation, FL (required)
  • Experience with Salesforce development and integration (5+ years)
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise case management solutions (2+ years)
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
