About The Position
As a Lead Sales Associate at Tillys, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to embody the Tillys Experience, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. You will support the Store Management team by training and coaching Sales Associates, helping them develop their skills and confidence in providing outstanding customer service. This position requires a passion for retail and a deep understanding of the Tillys lifestyle, as you will be expected to share this enthusiasm with both customers and team members. In this role, you will also be involved in executing various operational tasks that are essential for the smooth running of the store. This includes maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and ensuring that the sales floor is visually appealing. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you guide your team in creating a unique and engaging customer experience, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
