About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting senior leaders in the U.S. Sales organization. Your efforts will help streamline operations and ensure that information flows smoothly, which is essential for the effectiveness of regional sales initiatives. This position offers a variety of tasks and the autonomy to drive efficiency and manage critical operations related to sales strategies in the energy sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience; or associate degree with 4 years of experience; or 6+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Work authorization to operate in the U.S.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and support various team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable using various software.
  • Organized, motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements and ensure all bookings follow relevant compliance practices.
  • Assist with the creation of regional presentations by gathering information and finalizing materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new sales team members to ensure access and equipment are ready.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regional sales teams and navigate connections across internal partners.
  • Maintain schedules by booking meetings, resolving conflicts, and keeping senior leaders informed.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports by gathering documentation and following policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up needs.
  • Support monthly reporting by compiling snapshots and market updates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations and procedures.
