Documents the distribution of premiums (gifts) in computer software systems. Distributes gifts to guests upon completion of the sales presentation. Serves as a technical expert for team members. Conducts quality assurance checks when needed. Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally. Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Pursuant to Florida law, a Level 2 background check will be required.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
