About The Position

Support field sales through technical information, training, competitive insights, and customer-facing meetings, inspections, and witness tests. Coordinate closely with PMO, customer service, and manufacturing on order tracking, build planning, capacity planning, inventory/stocking strategies, and lead‑time improvement. Review and analyze product configurations, design circuits, perform calculations, and provide technical input to drafting, purchasing, and manufacturing teams. Manage data, reporting, and consolidated order status via SharePoint and Power BI for Hyperscale accounts. Provide project management to meet OTP goals, reduce cycle times, manage order changes, and support warranty activities.
