Requirements

8â12+ years of experience in Sales Ops within SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
Proven track record in managing deal desk and pricing strategies.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and relevant BI tools.
Strong understanding of commercial and accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills with a data-driven storytelling approach.

Responsibilities

Be the CRO's operating partner, managing forecast calls and translating insights into actions.
Drive pricing governance and lead global deal desk processes.
Modernize quote-to-cash processes, owning Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
Lead territory and capacity planning based on annual designs.
Operationalize AI to enhance efficiency and value in sales.
Advance pricing strategies for AI-native offerings.
Nurture partner co-sell initiatives and improve deal registration.
Align with finance, legal, and product teams to ensure compliance.
