About The Position

The Lead Sales Associate at Leslie's Pool Supplies is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the General Manager in various retail operations to ensure optimal store performance. This role involves direct interaction with customers, assisting them with their pool and spa care needs, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• 6 months or 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
• The ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits
